I like to joke with Shehzad that he is too honest to be a good lawyer.
Shehzad is warm, friendly, honest, trustworthy, diligent, thoughtful, caring, and tireless.
He took on my first case against a big employer, and he went toe to toe with the highest price Boston lawyers, and he won. He handled their posturing, their threats, their aggression with calm demeanor and the facts.
Shehzad's fees were more than reasonable. His bills were always detailed, specific down to what he talked on the phone about, not just "phone call" items. He was amazing with his turn-around time, and often asked me question late into the night as he did his homework for the case.
Shehzad's practice is a family practice, with his wife and mother-in-law. Each has their specialities, so if Shehzad is not the best choice for your case, one of the other family members may have the expertise required. The practice is small and away from Boston, so you don't get the suit-and-tie salesman treatment and then handed off to a paralegal or a junior lawyer, but just an honest, wholesome lawyer trying to advise and advocate your case with conviction and passion.
I highly recommend Shehzad Rajwani, and I continue to entrust his advice on our business and other legal matters. I have had a half dozen lawyers over the last 15 years, but now that I have Shehzad, like a good auto mechanic, I won't let him go anytime soon.

Shehzad was referred to me by a friend of mine. Shehzad was wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. He listened to me and then explained what the worst and best case scenario would be. Of course, I hope to never need to use Shehzad again because of the situation, however if I did need an attorney, Shehzad would be the first person I would call. I thought he was fair, honest and an all around good family guy.

Attorney Itzkowitz represented me in a federal suit I filed against some major American corporations after I was raped on the grounds of an American owned hotel in the Cayman Islands 20 years ago. The case was poised to be a truly landmark case on many levels. At the zenith hour to the trial, it was settled out of court for a sum that helped me regain my life and belief in justice. I hired Jim after a very detailed and thorough consultation, and after having consulted with other attorneys it was clear that Jim had the best level of understanding the nuances of my complex case. As a former political appointee at an old government agency, we are often conditioned that have no rights as we "work at the pleasure of the President". In my case, I was being coerced and forced into quitting my job in retaliation after I raised concerns (both formally and informally) of repeated racial discrimination against myself and other colleagues of my race. I received the reference for Attorney Jim Eisenmann following notice that post retirement from federal service I was being investigated. Since I had almost no information or context regarding this investigation there was little information that I could provide during my consult with Jim. Jim skillfully steered me to what I did know or suspected and based on that information he was able to extrapolate possible scenarios. Having no previous experience in matters such as this, Jim took the time to explain the law, outlined in clear language the steps in the process. Jim was never formally my attorney, but he did provide me with legal consultation when I had some questions. He was very thoughtful and interested in providing the right guidance. He felt it wasn't necessary for him to be my attorney (I just had some questions), so it was clear he was trying to provide only the most helpful consultation and nothing more. I felt Jim was genuinely looking to help without the unnecessary time, tasks, fees, etc.. I felt I could trust Jim (and I spoke with another attorney whom I did not get that sense from). My experience with Steffans Legal was fantastic . Attorney Steffans helped me to recover lost wages. I sought expert guidance for an employment law matter that was a complex and complicated case for many reasons. Prior to my being able to retire, I was "let go" from my position. As a professor, I had never received a bad review in my seventeen years of employment, and my students were very positive about my teaching. I had published books, represented my institution here and abroad and organized major colloquiums. My identity was wrapped up in being a professor, so I was at a complete loss about what to do when I lost my job. I will always be grateful for the help and understanding I received from William Corman. When he entered the picture, his sterling reputation was recognized by my former employers. I had taken on a large company where I had worked for personal wrong-doing. I received a lot of rejections from other attorneys; however, I knew that I had a strong case, and knew I just needed to find the RIGHT attorney that saw what I saw in my case.
Then, I met Mr. Corman. He invited me into his office, and listen intently to what I had to say, asked questions, reviewed some documentation that I had. By the end of the meeting he told me that he would take on my case. He also gave me a clear and accurate assessment of how much the fees would be ( he stayed true to this to the end of the case). There were subsequent meetings after that, and he never gave up on me or the case - always keeping me apprised on the progression of my case.

My mother-in-law passed away in June 2016, and although she had a will and a trust, we knew that family members would be an issue. We knew that it really didn’t matter what was in the documents she left, someone would fight the process.
The first thing we did was to contract Mr. Wojcik to determine what the next step was. After speaking with him and his paralegal Regina, they put out minds at ease and we decided to retain their services. During the entire process which took over a year because of her accounts, possessions, and house, the process went smooth. The correspondence provided from Mr. Wojcik through Regina was always spot on. It was obvious that they knew the law and human nature at the same time. On numerous occasions, letters came from opposing lawyers which appeared to be issues, but our minds were put to ease by the responses.

We had an ongoing warranty issue with a large purchase that was not being resolved by the manufacture. We were referred to Patrick buy another attorney and he did not disappoint. Patrick had to deal with a challenging company that was very lazy when it came to communicating and addressing issues. Although it took a little longer than Patrick expected, (as mentioned the company was very lazy) he was able to secure a satisfactory resolution.

We had a new employee with less than 90 days service, and after 5 weeks of classroom and OJT training, violate one of our most stringent work rules----twice. The first time we gave her a written warning, the second time it happened we terminated her employment. She filed complaints with both the Federal EEOC and the State ERD claiming discrimination based on her sex, age, harassment, and religion. The State ERD deferred to the EEOC to investigate and they found no merit in her charges. They then dismissed and issued a Right to Sue letter. The claimant filed suit in Federal Court and we engaged our attorney Al Seneczko to help us defend against it. He provided excellent advice, some of which was quite unique and effective with the court. He also handled all court documents and provided superb and very responsive service. We would definitely hire Al again to help us with an employee relations issue.

I was put on the streets so I could not fight a case against police when the police illegally impounded my RV I was living in. I was getting harassed everyday by them, now homeless until I was able to put enough money together and bought a truck. 2 weeks after buying this truck outright from dealer for $3000, I was pulled over for no reason. It was literally just so they could impound my brand new truck again and keep me on the street homeless. I spent all I had on truck so I could not get it out of impound and they sold it at auction leaving me homeless with nothing once again. Completely unaware that the cops actually wrote a ticket for this incident, I missed the court date because of them leaving me homeless with nothing for the second time and can’t get mail. They are charging me with misdemeanor drug possession, misdemeanor possession of tear gas. Like wtf (I had a can of pepper spray on a keychain under the seat. There also was no drugs so no paraphernalia want to plead not guilty and fight the case but I don’t want to lose my bed at homeless shelter by going to jail until court date. How can I do this?
