I highly recommend Dale Cottam of Bailey Stock Harmon Cottam Lopez. Dale's pricing was reasonable—and he was gracious, insightful, straight-shooting, efficient, and effective. My associates and I were facing some bad actors of extreme wealth, so things could have gone south in a hurry. Dale rightly anticipated what the other party would do, and he knew when to push and when to let things go. I appreciated his wisdom, street-smarts, and get-'er-done approach. We were all the better for his help—and I would invest in his legal expertise again.

Dale Cottam and his staff have been diligent and professional the past 2 or more years as we have negotiated a division of grazing property. I have had the opportunity to work with Wade previously which allowed me a true insight to see his expertise and commitment, knowing the efficiency and thoroughness to details firsthand which he continued to demonstrated when we hired him to prepare our taxes for the 2016 tax season. My husband and I came to Wade for assistance when starting our own business. He went above and beyond assisting us with creating the business as an LLC, setting up workman's comp and all other tasks that I could not have done without him.
