Ryan Semerad is a kind, compassionate and knowledgeable Attorney. He helped my daughter out with sound advice. We were going to retain him, but he told us to go with the plea deal offered by the courts and public defender. He advised it was a fair deal and didn't want to take our money. He is affordable, compared to the rest of the attorneys in Casper, who seem more interested in money, than helping a person out. I recommend him highly!! He would be the first I would call if I needed an attorney for criminal law. Dawn

Trying to hire an attorney but didn't really have answers for me or give me a call back

Ryan Semerad was my Attorney and let me tell you this man is OUTSTANDING. He gets back to his clients so quick I almost don't know how he does it. I wish I had hired him for my misdemeanor cases before my warrant was issued. Did not represent us with the truth in court. Make sure you know exactly what you will face in court. Do not trust that he will do his best for you and allow him to move forward without reviewing. Get another attorney.

Don fuller charged me double his normal dui fee and then wouldn't accept or return a call for months I was only allowed to speak with Argery his fantastic assistant then essentially forced me into doing a cold plea and hoping for the best as he put it. It was clear to me he had sold me out and wouldn't even admit it and then in the argument at sentencing he failed to mention any of the mitigating circumstances and it resulted in me being heavily fined jailed and subjected to far greater troubles due to the money's invested in his charming first and only face to face meeting
