Monique Ojeda never has time for her clients. I guarantee when you call she will be in a "meeting" everytime. Does not inform you of any changes in the case and sometimes will not even show up to court. Do not recommend.

I hired Monique, after speaking with and having two other lawyers on my case. As a father I struggled to get lawyers to really look at my case, or even listen to what I had to say. With Monique and Laura, they were all ears from day one. All the stuff the other lawyers either refused to look into or believe they spent alot of time doing because they knew it was important to me and my case. I was no easy client for sure and my expectations were set high from the beginning. They were always upfront and honest about where we were at with the case at that time and easy to communicate with. They both worked very hard to get me alot of time with my daughters, and deal with a very stressful situation. Everytime I went into court Monique was shocking at how well shed present my case and comfortable she was doing it. I know they had alot of clients but even so everytime I spoke to them or in mediation they always knew so much about my case (such a relief). I dont think I would be where I am today with my children if I had anyone else on my case. They truly went above and beyond in all aspects of my case.

Laura Jackson has been serving as our mediator & while I haven’t always agreed, Laura has been amazing at negotiating a compromise I can live with.
