“Lawyers do what they are told for the most part; they are your "legal right hand man". Keep your meetings with them to a minimum. Have a clear direction to your case before you involve a lawyer or contact them to act on your behalf. If you can take time to fully understand the specifics of your case, you will fair better. Let the lawyer do their job and have them get approval from you BEFORE they do any work that would involve a charge.”
