Lack of responsiveness and communication from the legal team
“She did not keep me updated and seemed too busy for me. She did not respond to emails in any kind of timely manner and when I followed up to check on the status of my case after a week of not hearing back she eventually got back to me by completely back-burnered my case, emailing me simply "I'm busy with other deadlines and will get back to you when I can".”

Inconsistent and potentially overcharged legal fees
“Additionally, the office manager doesn't follow through will calling back when she says she will. When I picked up my check to collect what was left in the trust and saw the amount was almost $1,000 less than the final invoice she had sent me only the day before, I questioned her about it and asked if there has been additional charges in the last 12 hours? She just innocently said "oh I thought I emailed you a new invoice?"- no. Like I said some of the charges were inconsistent and had extremely vague descriptions.”

Lack of professionalism and empathy from the legal team
“She made me feel dumb for asking her questions and like I was such an inconvenience. If a lawyer is obviously too busy for a paying client they need to be upfront about it and NOT take the client.”
