He represented me in a custody case. He couldn't even get the gender of my child right in court. He showed up with his tie off center and hair unkept. I immediately went to another lawyer after that. I lost the emergency hearing.

I reached out to Sean as an inmate at the Wyoming Woman’s Prison. Sean was not my original lawyer for my case and didn’t know me from anyone. I called Sean collect and he was kind enough to except my call. I explained my situation and Sean represented me at my Wyoming Parole Board Hearing Pro Bono. He took the time out of his busy schedule as a lawyer and also as a dedicated great father to come and represent me. Sean believed in me and fought for my sentence reduction. With Sean’s help and representation I was granted parole and was released April 3, 2017. Since my release I am proud to say i have been a predominant member of my community and thank Sean for believing in me!!!!

It was truly a blessing working with Sean through the most difficult time in my life. Sean was solely interested in finding the best route for me to resolve any issues I may have had during my divorce. Instead of feeling like my lawyer was ringing the register every time there was correspondence I felt like I truly had an advocate that would go the extra mile to see any issues were resolved for me in an efficient manner. There were plenty of issues that were a result of shoddy work from the cookie cutter, ring the register divorce factory that was representing my ex. Sean took the time and went out of his way to correct those issues and provide guidance the whole way, he did this at a fair price. He even went as far as to dig up new case law after the divorce was final in order to protect any future issues that I might have. Top notch individual who actually cares about his clients. Scott is nice enough but in short he falls way short of our expections for which we are paying. He has demonstrated to us that he either does not listen or does not care about us as clients, if the latter is true I would prefer he be honest with us. Emails sent take weeks before receiving a response. Emails recently received about business renewals, contain no information from him about what needs to be done by us. There is no request or offer to meet with us to discuss our next steps, rather it would appear from lack of infomation that he is expecting us to do what we thought we are paying him for. The billing of accounts is illegible and confusing. One does not know how much Is owed based on the statements received. Never seen such a poor way of keeping books. Unfortunately, this puts us in the position of interviewing a replacement and we would not recommend him to newbies.

I needed help completing an ancillary probate. I am fortunate that I found Scott Meier. He knew exactly what I needed to do. I had to deal with several lawyers in several states concerning my father's and mother's estate, and Scott was the best. Scott was the most helpful and knowledgeable about Wyoming probate I have ever met. He is very friendly and responsive. His assistant Holly did an excellent job writing the documents.
