“Emails sent take weeks before receiving a response. Emails recently received about business renewals, contain no information from him about what needs to be done by us. There is no request or offer to meet with us to discuss our next steps, rather it would appear from lack of infomation that he is expecting us to do what we thought we are paying him for.”

“The billing of accounts is illegible and confusing. One does not know how much Is owed based on the statements received. Never seen such a poor way of keeping books.”
