I hired Rick to help me with a divorce. My wife had filed for divorce and promptly moved another man in to the house, she still had possession of most of my premarital assets as well as all of the joint property. She was also pursuing my 401k even though it was premarital. We had no children together and were married for less than two years. Rick was able to get most of my premarital property back, although a considerable amount of it had been vandalized, he was able to get a fairly reasonable division of marital property, and she didn't get any of the 401K.
