I can't explain to you enough how this guy should not be an attorney. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else or even represent yourself.

Jason went to battle for me and my family under very difficult circumstances. He showed us compassion, care and made us believe we had a chance. We recovered far more than we had even hoped for. I would give him my highest of recommendations.

Mr. Ochs agreed to take my case (his office makes it clear he only accepts a small number). He was always responsive, extraordinarily prepared in court, far better than the insurance defense lawyer on the other side, and struck a result for me and my wife that we never thought possible. There is no one better in my humble opinion. If you are lucky enough for him to accept your case, you are in very competent hands.

I love how reviews are probably written by the opposing side. Jason is the best attorney around, he was always professional, always had great communication and I felt he was so prepared at every hearing. I was sad to see him leave Casper but heard he is still working throughout the state. I would hire him in an instant if I needed him again and always recommend him to my friends. I'm not surprised to see so many people upset with him, I would not want him against me.

This guy cost me tens of thousand of dollars. Did not get my name, or other important names right during trial. Had all of the facts wrong re: dollar amounts are other important items. Did not follow through with the Judgement and cost me dearly.

I was so impressed by Jason's professionalism, staff and creative thinking. He was 100 times better than my husbands attorney during trial as his experience showed.

My friend recommended him to me and He was confident and smart. Great during court.

Mr. Ochs took my case, although he made no time for it. He returned roughly 20% of emails I sent to him. There were times I had to wait well over a week to speak with him on very important issues. He outright failed to inform me of & share documents filed on behalf of the other party in my case. He ignored communications from the other party's attorney. Due to his errors in filing documents, I was deemed not credible in the court's eyes. Lost documents that were imperative to my case. Backed out of verbal agreements. Failed to take action / file motions I had requested. Absolutely did not follow through on presenting my case and fighting for me, as he had promised in our initial conversation. Was totally ill prepared for my trial.
