“Pretty sure no one works here called several times with no answer or return call.”

Unprofessional phone handling
“The woman who answered told me they had no one who could help me in Fremont County but I could try calling the University of Wyoming and when I asked with whom I was speaking, SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I wondered if it was a mistake so I waited a few minutes and called back. It was the same woman and she stayed on the line until I asked her why she hung up on me when I asked her name and SHE HUNG UP AGAIN!!!”
