Experienced, trial tested lawyer who knows everyone from judges to prosecutors. He Truly listened to my story and fought for me in a high stakes federal investigation. Skilled negotiations and relations with judges and opposing federal attorneys resulted in a reasonable charge and prevented having to go to trial. Justice was served for the feds, but due to his skill and hard work I could be accountable for my poor choices without destroying my life. His calming demeanor and communication skills put me at ease in one of the more frightening times of my life. Truly a master of his craft, I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Tom did get me a lot of time off my sentence. I am very thankful for!!!!!!!! Don’t get me wrong he’s good ! They are very hard to get a hold of. My dad and mom paid A LOT for his help . His wife Kelcey is very good to talk too! I am now on probation and had tried calling them for months for early release never got a call back. If they were to answer months ago I could of been off probation but they never called. When I was going to Casper to meet my po I called Tom . He was very rude to me told me I was getting revoked and they would give me a different attorney. I tried telling him the situation and he said I don’t know why your telling me this im not your lawyer and hung up on me! I never got revoked . I always thought they were your lawyer Intel you were off probation , since they are the ones that write for you to get off for early release . I know they have a lot of cases going on but I think it’s important once you pay them an amount that’s not gig for them but a lot for people to struggle and take out everything in their savings to pay for them they should treat you with respect and act professional Intel you are completely done with your time and probation . If you need help ask for Kelcey ! In the future I hope you guys still take care of the people that paid for you !

For starters I'd like to say that Tom went far beyond the call of duty to provide the most complete, transparent, and vigorous defense for me that I could have imagined. Even before I could speak with him he was helping provide counsel to my girlfriend on the best options for me at that time. Once we did speak he was straightforward about what he could bring to the table, his prognosis of potential legal outcomes, as well as his pricing. Speaking of which, I believe is a bargain for his expertise, diligence, and the eventual outcome of my particular case. Tom was excellent about keeping me abreast of all developments and made himself available whenever else I needed to speak with him. Email, text message, and phone calls were all regular. To top everything, Tom is incredibly personable with a wicked sense of humor. If I ever need representation of this sort again (though I plan to avoid such necessity haha) I'd absolutely go with Tom. Tom is a trial attorney who puts the client's priorities first. Unlike many attorneys who want to call all of the shots, Tom will consider alternative view points and instead of coming up with reasons as to why a certain defense could not be raised, he will work to come up with a way to raise it. He was always open to my ideas. We went to trial in a federal drug conspiracy case and I was found not guilty. Enough said.
