My wife and I were referred to Marty by another attorney in Casper, Wyoming as the best trust lawyer in Wyoming. Once we made the decision to move forward with creating a family trust, Marty Oblasser and her paralegal Tiffani Vandermark did not disappoint. The process took us over a year to complete and their patience with us was very appreciated. But what stands out the most, is their ability to explain a very complex legal process in a way we understood, and they outlined what we needed to do and why. They helped us throughout the entire process and their level of communication and organization was beyond our expectations. Our advice for anyone needing a trust that is done the correct way, do yourselves a favor and contact Marty or Tiffany for a consultation.

Marty and Tiffani are personable, efficient, thorough and conscientious. We were presented with options and recommendations which enabled us to make decisions that were careful and methodical.

Marty and her paralegal Tiffani are fabulous to work with. They respond in a timely manner to questions and give you answers you can understand.
