GOOD ATTORNEY

Dont go here unless your fabulously wealthy.

When I first hired Stacy, I thought I was only going to need her to mediate. It turned out that I was going to need her for much more than that. She was up front and honest with me about retainers, what they covered, and was very informative. She was great about explaining things to me in terms I could understand, and she is very thorough. Several months after closing my case, I needed her again for change in circumstances and she was on top of it! The team at Kirven answered my messages timely and they always made sure I knew they had mine and my sons best interest at heart. Once the case was finalized again, they returned my unused retainer amount promptly. I am so grateful to Stacy and her team for all the time they spent helping me and my son! If I ever have a need for representation again, I will for sure call Kirven Law!

If you have a non cdl ticket in Montana - Kirven law will not help you. You will pay a hefty amount, Kirven Law will not get in to details of situation, will not try to research problem and find a solution, and court will refuse to work out your case. I’m not sure how it applies to other cases, but I think Kirven law has little to no experience with cases like mine, but still charged me comfortable amount for them, did nothing and kept the money. If you ever come across this law firm, find another lawyer or just plead guilty.

If You have CDL and received a ticket do not hire these guys they will not go to court on your behalf of nor try to find any solution or not even ask you anything about your case.. I tried calling them throughout the week and no was answering my phone.. well long story short they lost my case and I received point on my license.. waste of money.
