I had them do my estate planning in 2022. I paid what they said I owed and received the rest of the retainer back from them. In 2024 I wanted to make some very minor changes to my estate plan. They asked for a $5,000 retainer. When I questioned why it would take so much to make a couple of changes, the reason I was given was that they undercharged me the first time.

I have hired this lady two times several years ago and this year she doesn’t fight for you. When you talk to her legal team, they will tell you anything and everything to get you to hire them and then once it comes down to going to court and everything else for you. I’ll tell you find a new attorney they did absolutely nothing for me. I have to fight my own court case because of them. Oh last, but not least her attitude is horrible she don’t care about you she never will. She only cares about your money out of your pocket. Do not hire her

I had a very pleasant experience with Stacy and her law office. I felt that my divorce was handled quickly and efficiently and without too many issues. It was nice to have the Clio app to receive documents and keep updated on my account, as well as to correspond when needed.

Stacy took complete care of my adoption case, which included her presentation of the case in front of a court judge. Stacy Kirven handled an almost 18-month Child Custody and Divorce case for me, the father in this case. It was a difficult and hostile case, especially early on and she navigated the tricky intricacies with the utmost professionalism and poise. She was very creative in her problem solving and solutions to get things moving in the best direction possible for me as a client and more importantly the best interests of the child in this entire case. There were 2 hearings in front of the judge, first for a temporary custody agreement in which she brought the facts of the case to bear and showed inaccuracies in the defenses' arguments. There was another hearing a few months later in an order to show cause as the defendant failed to abide by the court order on the temporary custody agreement mentioned above. Again, she laid out the facts of the matter and brought a strong case before the judge. After this, there was a final hearing scheduled months in advance and during that time she strategically waited and advised the right settlement offers and timing to best serve me as the plaintiff. The timing and offers in the settlement produced a simple, shared custody agreement and acceptable divorce decree that served primarily to be in the best interest of the minor child as well. In addition to that, the terms of the divorce decree were very favorable to me as the plaintiff and it would not have been possible without her expertise and knowledge.

Stacy was very professional and and seemed to really care about us and our case. She was very thorough, kept us informed of every step along the way. She did everything she could to save us money by having us do things that we could do ourselves, to help the case. She is very friendly and easy to work with.
