This guy was cool as a fan. Knowledgeable, but reasonable. He was honest, and laid the facts out in order for my family member to make his own choice, but to let him know the consequences ahead of time. What he could do, should do, and what may or may not happen. What he could, and could not do about it. I was impressed. I can't go in detail. I am just the grandma.
