Bill put his knowledge and experiences to work while guiding us through the entire process. We have always had a will but we knew that a more comprehensive instrument was needed. The estate plan includes a power of attorney, health care directive, new updated wills, and an asset protection plan. After dealing with Medicaid for my mother-in-law, it was an eye opening experience to say the least and one that we did not want our children to go through. Bill took the time to walk us through the steps to get us comfortable with the process and provided advise on some of the more difficult decision that became part of our estate plan. Bruce Adams is an amazing resource to assist with any end of life planning for elderly parents. He far exceeded my exceptions while assisting my family and I with securing my parent's assets. My personal advice is not to wait to complete this process because there are time sensitive requirements (that if not met) could jeopardize your loved one's assets.
