Andrew is very professional he handled my case very efficiently and in a timely manner. He communicated with me through out explaining the process, what I needed to do and kept me update to date on the negotiations. After using an online car rental agency for an auto in Arizona, after turning the car in with an inspection, I later got several threatening letters that I had caused a scratch on the car's side--which I had not. Mr. Cooper got in touch with the rental company which dropped its claims.
