I can not express how much I would recommend Matt if you need an attorney. He is very professional and highly responsive. Our son received a speeding ticket and Matt handled everything perfectly. We all make mistakes and he treated us so kind and made us feel comfortable. I am so glad we found him and what a great attorney.

Matt is an excellent lawyer; God forbid I get another ticket. However, if I do, I am booking Matt! He got my case dismissed. I couldn’t as for a better lawyer; not only did he get my case dismissed, he also responded to my messages promptly as well as kept me updated throughout my whole case. Matt’s law firm is fantastic.

Matt Theus did an excellent job on my traffic case and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to challenge a traffic ticket. Within 20 minutes of walking into the courtroom I was walking out with my case dismissed not owing any court cost or having to accumulate any points on my driving record. Matt Theus represented me in trussville for 2 very unfortunate speeding tickets & was able to get one ticket dismissed & the second reduced. Both tickets where at 20 over & even the judge took time to inform me of how good a deal Mr Theus accomplished. I highly recommend Mr Theus & will be my 1st call if I ever need representation for anything!!!
