She guided me every step of the way from start to finish…what to expect at various junctures…she was responsive to phone calls and emails…just a wonderful experience during a difficult time…but she is helping to give our family some closure and resolution. I definitely will be back when I’m ready to plan my estate…

Lindsey Eastwood represented me as personal representative of a family member’s estate. The estate was very complicated including lawsuits against hospitals and tenants. She achieved extremely favorable results in those lawsuits and saved the estate hundreds of thousands of dollars. Lindsey has excellent knowledge of probate law, and she has been a source of profound support to me in this estate. She took the case after another lawyer was not able to move forward, and Lindsey picked up the pieces and organized a considerable mess. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Above all, she now treats my whole family as an extension of hers. Thank for the divine intervention that brought us to her firm.

I was led to the attorney Lindsay Eastwood for a small estate. She talked to me earnestly and told me her pricing. I could not afford that, what I was trying to recover was really not worth the price. She and her staff took me Pro Bono, and went to work showing me how to go about filing and getting all the necessary paper work to help me!!! My frustration with Jefferson County Probate has been greatly mitigated because of Mrs. Lindsey Eastwood. In spite of my fears and frustration she was able to explain how things work in Jefferson County Probate. After discussing my circumstances with her, she advised the best action for me to take in a way that a non-legal person could understand. Moreover, she was professional, patient, kind and empathetic towards me. I have watched so many “legal shows” on TV until I held her number for 3 weeks afraid to call. Mind you I did like “Matlock” & “Joe Peche” in “My cousin Vinny”.Nonetheless, calling Mrs. Eastwood was the best thing I could have done. She explained everything to me and sent a re-cap of our conversation via e-mail. She is an “amazing” attorney who I wish could start a “Probate Clinic “ in Birmingham like we have where I currently live because my family and friends are so frustrated with Jefferson County Probate procedure.
