Rented the Kress building rooftop for a milestone birthday party back in July 2021. The venue was lovely, open, and clean. Tech support showed up on the day of the event to make sure we were good with audio/visual stuff. The 6th floor could easily accommodate 300 people indoors and outdoors so our group of 85 were able to comfortably spread out (important in these pandemic times!). Nice accessible bathrooms, bar area, kitchen counter space, and downtown views for days! Dianne A. was very responsive and prompt in replying to all my messages. Parking was a breeze. I hope to have another happy occasion to reserve the venue in the next few years :)

Compassionate, strong values, hardworking, excellent communication, open and easy to talk and share your intimate details with. They have handled my case in an excellent manner. I am very grateful.

I had to file a complaint with the Florida Bar to get a call from them. Still waiting 13 years later apparently a settlement was given but apparently they feel like holding it for a while . I was told over 6 months ago and still waiting. No one ever answers the telephone! My next step is a formal letter to Florida Bar.
