He does not answer his phone nor respond to emails. He also closed my custody case without everything being resolved, without my knowledge, and never told me about it. Months later I'm still asking questions and he's answering them whenever i could catch him, along with him asking for info and me still giving it to him. In my opinion and his words after apologizing to me "I apologize for giving her the benefit of doubt, when you paid me for a service".

I had the opportunity to work with Joseph Somma after my husband passed. The estate involved many issues; multiple rental properties, creditor claims against the estate and heirs' disputes. Joe was excellent in managing every detail of the estate, I appreciated his professional attitude, his courteous demeanor and prompt responses to my questions and assistance needed. When faced with difficult situations, Joe clearly represented options required to handle the issue. I would recommend Joseph Somma to anyone needing an Estate Attorney.
