I hired Waters Sullivan LLC to handle my father's estate after his passing. They were actually the third attorney's office I had contacted and the only one that returned my call. During our consultation, Kristin and her legal assistant, Cassie were ready to take everything off of me and leave me as stress free as possible. My dad had no life insurance, no burial policy, no Will. I was a mess and lost. Kristin and her team handled my dad's estate with care, assertiveness, and compassion, all the while being patient with me as I was grieving. Shortly after my dad's passing, his finances were tampered with by a previous "member" of our family. Kristin did her due-diligence and the outcome was a success. Kevin White has been my attorney for 2 years now and it’s been impossible to get ahold of him. Also for 6 months I’ve been told the same update so basically nothing has been moving along. It’s just pathetic. Do not recommend

It's taking too long for the small settlement! Then they stay telling me 2 weeks . Then I get my attorneys voicemail more than I talk to him.
