The Waters Sullivan law firm gave me the help I needed in resolving a family estate matter. Every step of the way, Kristin and Cassie were thorough, responsive, and provided expert guidance. I cannot imagine trying to find my way through the probate court system without their help. Estate matters like mine take time, and Kristin and Cassie did an amazing job of staying in touch with me over the many months it took to successfully resolve my case. Their professionalism was nothing short of exemplary and I would recommend them with no hesitation.

Kristin and her team (I worked with Aby and Brianna) were great. They were very thorough and made sure they understood my wishes for my estate plan. They answered all my questions (even the dumb ones)! I would recommend them to anyone seeking estate planning services.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before reaching out. I spoke to one of the attorneys. The initial zoom meeting, which was odd because her camera was not on, that was a red flag for me, Seem to go OK. She listened to me and stated she was taking notes And recording. But she promised to call me in two days and even specified a window of time with me. I never received a call. I found out she actually went on vacation that following week. I sent her an email just thinking maybe she was busy and I got pushed back. No contact. I gave her literally about two weeks. No response at all. One of the reviews said that they don’t work for the people they work for the employers. So I don’t know if they just listen to your case to see which employer they may be working with to give them a heads up. I don’t know. But This lawyers, actions was extremely unprofessional.

They are scamming folks like tried to put my money in a estate then not contact me so she got the money they are out to scam and the owner is the one that tried scamming me

I was so pleased with the service I received from this business.

I worked with Kristin for 3 years with no resolve to my probate case. She and her team barely communicated unless I initiated contact. I don't believe they were actually working on my case as letters that family members should have received from her they never did. But I kept receiving an invoice and i paid them. After 3 yrs, I spoke with a different attorney, who advised me I would need a real estate attorney. After speaking to the real estate attorney the case was resolved within a matter of 48hrs.

I've had them on a case for two years now and it still not settled
