My experience with this company is A1 services, they held my hand through the entire process and, was on top of everything letting know what was happening. If you need anything probate this is your team.

Kristin and her staff were quick to respond to our needs and provided excellent guidance. Conversations regarding planning for your family after death is a hard conversation, and Kristin and Cassie were graceful with their abilities to navigate unchartered waters.

My wife Valerie and I used the professional services of Waters Sullivan for estate planning. We delayed taking care of our estate planning for years, but the recent passing of a relative reminded us of the importance of advance preparation. We were referred to Kristen Waters through a friend of the family. Our friend described Attorney Waters as professional and affordable. She was right! We experienced professionalism, compassion, and an attorney who listened attentively to our concerns, desires, and needs. We received pertinent information regarding every aspect that we were concerned about which enabled us to make informed decisions regarding our affairs. Kristen was very patient and always took time to make sure we understood all information. She also described processes that we may encounter and this was very reassuring for us. Everything was custom made just for us! They also follow up after this planning to address future changes! We are extremely grateful to Kristen Waters and her entire staff (Amanda, you rock ! ) You all were awesome!

I was supposed to have a consultation with Ms. Sullivan. But Amanda told me it was $330. I said I can't afford that, don't call back. Then Amanda called me again wanting $375. Amanda's phone number was even different. Amanda called me again after I left a message at Ms. Sullivan's office telling them what happened. Amanda returned my call saying she was just seeing if I had the money now and didn't mean to upset me. I told her I told you not to call me back! She is harassing me now! Then I called Attorney Sullivan office and all of a sudden the number was not available!!! 🤔 But I can't reach the real attorneys office. So how did Amanda get my information, this HAS to be a SCAM. 😡 Most consultations are free. Never over $300. So be careful with someone named Amanda calling you claiming to be the attorneys' receptionist. I didnt know how many stars to rate this attorney. How did Amanda intercept my calls? Please someone help me with this.

4 years and still not even a court date!! I do not understand why my husband's case is just being sat on. If it was your loved one who suffered great injury and still hurts to this day, wouldn't you want justice? We are literally no further than we were 4 years ago. The trying to perfect service excuse has been the same excuse used for over 2 years! Who is paying you off to keep procrastinating? This whole ordeal is going to take YEARS to settle at this rate. Your commercials make me sick! My husband either needs reassigned to a "firecreacker" lawyer with persistentance or do away with this law firm. You are NOT representing what your commercials say. If there were a 0, it would be highlighted.
