The words "Professional" and "Caring" are the first words that come to mind when I think of Hollis-Wright Clay & Vail. It is not a fact that I cannot be impressed, it is a fact that it takes a good deal of work to impress me. Without any doubt, I can honestly say I have met few people in my professional career that have impressed me as much as the personnel associated with this firm. From the lady at the reception desk to the lawyers representing us during the preparation and adjudication of my case, my wife and I were treated with the utmost respect and integrity that garnered my utmost appreciation. I know my case was not large in economic terms but it was not treated that way. It took almost five years to get my case in front of a judge but that did not hinder or deter the lawyers who worked my case. I have to point out Carter Clay and Drew McNutt, two people I have the utmost respect for, who became friends and confidants as much as lawyers! Hardworking, intent, and diligent in everything they did, my interests were foremost in their minds. The result of there hard work was most gratifying to me as well as my family. To put it simply, my experience working with Josh was excellent! My accident was exactly one year ago today. Josh Wright, K.K. (his legal secretary), and Robin (his investigator) worked diligently for almost 4 years to reach a settlement in a wrongful death case regarding my 18yo son who was killed by a drunk driver. My experience with John Spade of Hollis-Wright law firm was a great one. My husband and I were passengers in a vehicle that was rear ended by a drunk driver. This happened in Texas , I live in Florida and of course John is in Birmingham AL. The case was very complicated because of these factors, but John Spade worked very hard to get me medical help and settle the case.His paralegal Stephanie was very helpful as well. I would recommend this firm 100 percent to anyone who has suffered a personal injury.
