Very Professional when it benefits them. Very Horrible when there's no money to be made or if they have already received their payment. My attorney Alan Sorrell was a big disappointment. He never kept his word on anything he said would transpire. Just let down after let down, inconveniences & apologies. After 7 months of waiting, appointments & treatments, I'm receiving less than what I make a month! I informed him of the hardships I had to endure losing my car, my job, eventually my home due to the struggles of being a single parent. He assured me that the least he could do was to have the insurance company overnight the check & even that didn't happen!!! I won't recommended them to anyone. Do the research & be your own attorney. I had a great experience with Morris Bart & Associates. My attorney Zack Lewis was great! He was very nice person and really cared about his client, and that was (me) Pamela Brock. He communicated with me the whole time and made sure I knew what was going on with my case. He was there for me to the end and I really truly appreciate that. He was a great attorney and I will have him again for my attorney and will refer someone to him.

Great customer service and personal touch.

I had no clue what I was doing when searching for an attorney after my hit and run in April. My attorney Matt Burnick was courteous,understanding, and very good about communicating with me throughout my entire process. I must say they are very good at what they do. My case was settled and I was paid in less than 8 months. I pray I never have another accident,but if I do I know where to go. I highly recommend this company.
