Very Professional when it benefits them. Very Horrible when there's no money to be made or if they have already received their payment. My attorney Alan Sorrell was a big disappointment. He never kept his word on anything he said would transpire. Just let down after let down, inconveniences & apologies. After 7 months of waiting, appointments & treatments, I'm receiving less than what I make a month! I informed him of the hardships I had to endure losing my car, my job, eventually my home due to the struggles of being a single parent. He assured me that the least he could do was to have the insurance company overnight the check & even that didn't happen!!! I won't recommended them to anyone. Do the research & be your own attorney.
