Lack of communication also when one thing is said something totally different from what was said will be done if anything is done at all. Just get everything in writing or email when having these attorneys represent you. It was said to me that the attorneys fees would be reduced that did not happen at all. It was said to me so I would settle.

The phone intake person didn't even listen. Just told me to immediately go online and fill out a form for a free consultation. So I said hold on and asked again do you even handle these types of cases. That was my only question. When the answer became no, I thanked her, and we hung up. She could stand to try and listen first. ex. I'm seeking advice. Do you handle (type of) cases? That was it! lol Being quick isn't always right!

We hired Parkman and White after my husband was accused of a crime that could have landed him in jail for many years. He had done nothing wrong and unfortunately in our world of technology a computer virus was almost our undoing. We were told that if we wanted the best we should hire Parkman and White. We met Jim Parkman face to face a couple of times and though I did not have the pleasure of meeting William White, I had numerous phone conversations with him. They worked diligently to clear my husband's name. It took almost two years but the night before we were to go to court Mr. White called to inform us that all charges had been dropped. They fought to prove his innocence and I am so thankful that we were sent their way. Mr. Parkman and Mr. White definitely lived up to their reputation of being the best. I hired Clayton Tartt in Feb 2022 & My case was just resolved on 10-25-22. I highly recommend Clayton & his firm I have priors & was on Community Corrections when I picked up a fresh Unlawfull Possession of a Controlled Substance. Clayton had alot of knowledge & what he charged me was several thousand dollars less than what the other attorneys I had called Quoted me!!! He did an amazing job to say the least he was able to negotiate a deal of a lifetime!!!!! keep in mind I have several priors & he was able to get the Felony completely dropped down to a Misdemeanor!!!!!!
