I just contacted them and I did not make it past the receptionist to receive an appointment. The purpose of the consult is to speak with and attorney not the receptionist.

Don't waste your time with Five Points Law Group. They use some sort of confusing intake service and then tell you it's your fault for not responding to them (which I did) when they can't get it together.
