I had been contacted by a debt collector so I was looking for "advice" online. Found John he was even giving tips to "do it yourselfers" who are trying to fix and problem & save money too. Then I got a letter from out of state - contacting me because they knew a suit had already been filed! I knew nothing about the case! I had typed out a form letter type response I'd found online. Before I sent it I thought I'd call John's office. The call was free & what could it hurt. SO glad I did. There was no pressure, no hype just letting me know my options and what John could do for me. The debt wasn't huge but big enough that I didn't want to mess it up doing it on my own. So I put John to work - absolutely nothing to lose. Got notification yesterday - WE WON! AND John's team is also already at work helping me with "other opportunities." I have to include that John has a LARGE staff - very VERY quick to respond, friendly and eager to answer my questions.

Mr Watts initially contacted me by letter. I read the letter and thought it was too good to be true. You just don't read letters like this one, really, hardly ever. The letter was placed on my desk and not ignored but thought it was too good to be true. A second letter came and I read it again but this time thought if this man is going to take the time to reach out to me twice, by letter, I owe it to him to place a call. From this point in the process forward it was simply, simple!! Next I was talking with two members of his team and before I knew it, matter was closed. The matter was involving a debt collector though regardless of your issue at hand you should give this man a call and see if he can help you. I will use him, again and again. He can be trusted. I received a letter regarding a suit on a debt that I didn’t recall. It frustrated to no end.
