Maxwell- Tilman have been conscientious and diligent attorneys over the years. I have referred many potential clients, in and out of state, to this firm to the utmost satisfaction. Along with being a master of his legal craft Mr. Maxwell is also a consistent pillar of the community. The work his firm does really makes an impact in the Birmingham area. His offices are immaculate and open to whatever the community needs. I am glad they are here to represent those in need; sometimes at their most dire. I know that clients here are in capable hands.

Worst experience with a lawyer in my life, hired attorney Maxwell for a case never formally met with him in person to discuss the case. Was led astray by the paralegals specifically Somor and Tajeika numerous times claiming they would get me in touch with attorney Maxwell and/or would call me back. Plenty of occasions I never received a word back until I would have to call on my own, lastly when I finally was supposed to meet with attorney Maxwell 3 DAYS BEFORE MY CASE I get a call an hour before the meeting stating he would be unavailable and his next availability wasn’t until the day before my court date but I had to work. Then I presumed to get a refund and numerous fees were added on the invoice last minute for work that was never done. Worst experience save yourself time and money.

The place was very warming and the people were the same. It was a pleasure meeting them.
