Lindsey Eastwood did a great job updating our wills, POAs, living wills, health care directives, and life estate warranty deed. She was very proactive in suggesting changes that would benefit us and our beneficiaries. She is very comprehensive, creative, personable and considerate. My first thought that comes to mind as I write this review is that there should be a special category, or more stars, for special people, like Lindsey. Lindsey defines professionalism. Her advice is always solid and has a wealth of knowledge. I have had experience with other lawyers who never respond to clients. Not only does Lindsey respond, she does so right away, eliminating a lot of frustrations that client's experience because of lack of attention. I was referred to Lindsey by another lawyer. I had exhausted my resources when I was trying to get help in handling a complex probate litigation case. So many attorneys would not even take the time to review it before flat out turning me down. Lindsey saw the possibilities and was eager to help. I am also so impressed with her open disclosure of her fees charged on her website, true transparency!! I have never seen this from any other attorney. I know the motto for lawyers is "lawyers render service". Lindsey goes above and beyond in rendering her services. I highly recommend Lindsey!
