My husband and I recently put a contract on a new home, and we had some issues with the builder. We consulted with Attorney Rice to get advice on getting out of the contract. He helped us to free ourselves from the contract and to reclaim our earnest money. I would highly recommend Attorney Rice to anyone. He is thorough, reliable, wise, and prompt in his responses.
