As an out-of-state resident 800 miles from the court room, I needed to make my first choice a good choice. I made a good choice. I hired Kreps. I never had to appear. I felt well informed. I understood and supported the firm's strategy. The fees quoted were the fees I paid. They even sucessfully convinced the Court to allow me to complete a Defensive Driving class in my home state. My experience with Kreps was 100% positive. Case Dismissed.

I had an odd situation where out of the blue I was mailed a notice for failure to appear for a traffic violation. This was odd because I had not been pulled over in several years and definitely not received a ticket. I called the Police dept where the notice originated and was basically told I'd have to pay the fine and there was no way to prove it wasn't me, even though I had never met the owner of the vehicle they said I was in, nor driven that type of vehicle. It was either a clerical error on the PD's part or a case of stolen identity. Long story short, I was introduced to the Kreps firm and they handled everything. All was dismissed and no issues. It was a easy and extremely smooth experience. I Highly recommend Joseph and his team.

AWESOME service. I live in MI and got a ticket on Spring Break. Case dismissed completely. I paid court cost and a nominal fee to Kreps and the problem went away. Kreps was able to get my speeding citation dismissed. Process was pretty simple. They send you a checklist of what to do prior to the court date, they represent you in court, pay the court costs, and that’s it. Communication was limited and only conducted when needed. Cost me more than just paying the citation, but saved me from having points in my license.

Kreps handled a speeding ticket I received in Sumter County, Alabama. They were quick and courteous and got my case dismissed with no points ony license. I got to complete a defensive driving course instead of a blemish on my otherwise clean driving record. My first recommendation is to slow down, but if you get a ticket in Alabama, I definitely recommend Kreps!
