My experience with Paula has been absolutely amazing thus far. My Chapter 13 bankruptcy was dismissed over the summer. I received a letter from her explaining that I could re-file. After having issues with my original attorney, I reached out to Paula on a Monday. My case was filed within 48 hours. The process has been incredibly easy as she has everything set up online. I am very happy to have her in my corner. Highly recommend!

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was uncomfortable when I first contacted the office because of my own insecurities, not because of them. The reassured me that they understood my concerns and explained how they were valid, but did not pressure me. Chase maintained excellent communication throughout and if he didn't have an answer, he found one. He made me comfortable to stand my position firm and not feel guilty for speaking up. I feel the resulotion was fair for both sides and I would recommend Chase and this office 100%.
