Road Runner moved my household goods in October 2017. They caused significant damage of my household goods and floors. When requesting repair they have not responded to my numerous call from November 2017 to February 2018. The damage they caused is extensive to my furniture and floors.

The Better Business Bureau Serving Central & South Alabama office is not interested in protecting customers from fraud. They have a company listed as an "A" rated company even though they are a fraudulent company. I reported this to them, with proof, and their reply was "Your review of Oxford Auto Outlet has been evaluated by Better Business Bureau staff. We were unable to accept it for the following reason: The review is not about an interaction with the business." This BBB office if culpable in helping this company rip off people.

Horrible experience with Apex Roofing (Pelham). Apex didn't do what they promised, nor did they heed my request. We were selling our home and they left supplies and mess for days, making it much more difficult to properly show our home. Apex advertises that they are great at picking up all the roofing nails.. WRONG! Nails were everywhere and we picked them up ourselves for several days. Apex Roofing never fulfilled key items listed for repair on the contract. Months later, after I sold my home, they ask for an additional financial supplement payment that totals over $5000. Without any previous notice they send me a first-time Invoice with this additional amount.. And they send it days before Christmas (and they give me ten days to come up with the $5000.00). This was for a roof that was put on in April. I'm so shocked I keep thinking this has to be a misunderstanding. But to date (this is going on right now) it's more like a bad dream I can't get out of. My roof was damaged by hail back in April. I just wanted a new roof. My insurance company came out and said the fair cost to replace it. Apex said they could do all that Safeco Insurance had listed for even a bit lower than the Safeco estimate. All lies! Read the Apex contract carefully. It says down at the bottom they can add a supplement fee (I guess for any amount they want and without notifying you in advance of why and for how much). How can someone be charged multiple thousands of dollars more than the signed contract with no notice or explanation. How can their cost be a third higher than what the insurance company says is fair and what they themselves said they could do it for???? I will never use this company again. If you can't keep your word you have nothing!

Very unprofessional does not return phone calls

Did not complete project and almost looks worse. Was told they would have our property looking as good as it did before pond across the street busted through pipe and flooded our property right by our house. They were all in our yard and driveway for weeks. I let it go because I had signed form that they could leave machinery on our property, before work started. Later when city called to find out when they would complete someone told mayor and council I had signed release. Very disappointed in work done.
