My day was going great, and I had just gotten off work. I decided to make a stop before going home. I stepped out of my vehicle, and the next thing I knew, I had fallen in a hole in the parking lot, and fractured my leg in two places. After all was said and done, I had a year of misery. However, the insurance company laughed at the situation, and tried to make me feel as if my claim was not serious. I was in pain, could not drive, and could not function other than sitting or laying down. I was at my lowest point when I decided to phone Jon and get some direction.
