I highly recommend Whitney Polson and his team if you are arrested for DUI. After my arrest I thought I was going to lose my licenses and my job. I consulted with a few lawyers and two told me I would probably be convicted. I talked to Whitney Polson last and was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and straight forward attitude. To make a long story short, Whitney was able to stop the administrative suspension on my licenses (I also have a CDL) and get my DUI dismissed. I cannot say enough good things about Whitney Polson and his team; they are prompt, knowledgeable, and stay with you through the entire process. Whitney, we received a letter from the Al SP/DOT, due to your swift actions they will not pursue the suspension of our daughters driver licenses, which is critical, I believe had you not challenged their documentation the suspension would have been automatic and because she lives more than a hour away from her family she would have no way to get to work or school. As anyone who has been through this ordeal knows, when it occurs and you get that call in the middle of the night that a member of your family has been arrested and charged with DUI, you just don't know what to do or where to turn. Whitney was above and beyond what i expected, and it being my first time, handled the situation with finess and care.
