If you found the Nomberg Firm look NO Further !! I just like yourself was searching for the very best firm that could handle my Workers Comp Case !! Well I was in the right place. The first thing I had to know was that they would NOT be afraid of a large company !! Well they weren't. I will honestly tell you that fighting against any company when dealing with Workers Comp is very frustrating; you will need attorneys to literally keep you informed, truthfully tell you the in's and outs as well as keeping you encouraged at the same time. Don't expect the Company you work(ed) for to admit they caused your injury, pain or suffering !! In addition the companies insurance carrier is just as terrible !! From day one of our meeting he was straight forward. He has played hard ball with the companies and insurance adjusters to make sure I have gotten my money owed to me; we haven't even finished the whole case. He hasn't once made empty promises of victories. And I don't call him 24/7 but we stay in touch weekly basis. He answers any questions I have or at least points me in the directions I need to go to find the answers. If you are looking for a lawyer who is more than worth any money he earns its David. He treats me as a person first and foremost, he doesn't treat his clients as potential money in the bank for himself.

David was always there to help. Every phone call or email was promptly returned in a timely manner. David helped when others wouldn't.
