The absolute only law firm in my 48 years in Alabama that was Johnny on the spot with every issue of my case. The no nonsense approach to my case and explanations of the process per Alabama law, which needs alot of work by the way. I don't really know how to rate it!! A lady by the name of Amy said to call and email!! I emailed information and nine of the email's were valid so I called and left a message and haven't heard back yet!! If I get a chance to talk to someone about a Workman's Comp. Ins. claim where they have decided to quit paying for what has been covered since '13 but won't cover now I can let people know!! All I know is that the Workman's Comp. Ins. company decided that they weren't going to cover it anymore even though it is still am active case!! I asked the caseworker by email and left a message but still have not gotten an answer!!

My husband was injured significantly in a work accident. We had no idea how to handle the process by ourselves. He had 12 or 13 surgeries and ended up with an above the knee amputation. We hired David Nomberg to represent us. Without him we would have been at a total loss and taken advantage of. He dealt with our emails and phone calls on a regular basis for over 2 years! I couldn't say nicer things about him. He is an outstanding lawyer and very trustworthy. I actually wanted to tell him I loved him but thought it may be inappropriate 😆.
