From day one of our meeting he was straight forward. He has played hard ball with the companies and insurance adjusters to make sure I have gotten my money owed to me; we haven't even finished the whole case. He hasn't once made empty promises of victories. And I don't call him 24/7 but we stay in touch weekly basis. He answers any questions I have or at least points me in the directions I need to go to find the answers. If you are looking for a lawyer who is more than worth any money he earns its David. He treats me as a person first and foremost, he doesn't treat his clients as potential money in the bank for himself.

David was always there to help. Every phone call or email was promptly returned in a timely manner. David helped when others wouldn't. I am from Missouri and was working out of state when I suffered an injury on the job. After reading reviews of the Nomberg Law Firm I decided to give them a call, and I am glad I did. David walked me through the expectaions of my case and I am very pleased with the results. David answered all my questions and handled all my emails in a timely manner. I don't believe it took more than an hour for him to respond back or call anytime I had needed something. In most cases it was 30 minutes or less. Very impressive.
