Super dedicated that I was at risk losing my job. Your employees do not read notes or where client resides. I'm in Washington getting calls at 4 am multiple times during work week days. I first requested evenings then weekends but you guys don't read your notes on requests of call times. This went on for about a month getting about 15 calls a day during meetings, briefs, formations, ranges and one of my soldiers UCMJ readings. Sometimes you hung up when I answered. This made a bad reputation on my career at this unit. In the notes your employees wrote I'm still serving in the army. Some of the calls all I asked is call me on the weekends, some professionalism and my job is at risk with all the calls. I was told "I'll write it in the notes" (toldthis about 6-8 times). It resorting me to ask a supervisor who told me sorry we are training trainees, who were the only ones calling me apparently, sorry about his and we'll stop calling you. Wrong answer, just read and respect the request notes! Of course your company doesn't care of the clients and care about your payout by not respecting a simply easy request and a understanding how demanding my job is. I honestly also gave up on getting something for being wronged while serving. It feels like your eyes are on the money and not on the clients. Hope my career recovers at this unit and keep my position while dedicating myself for my country.
