Don’t know what’s really going on but I’m been trying to get ahold of my attorney for month half. His assistant quit or got fired didn’t know until all my medical bills that I made sure was sent in, was lost. Might have to contact another attorney or firm.

We had called Alexander Shunnarah's office about a lawsuit. Although they don't handle cases like ours the Lawyer we spoke to was very helpful and answered the questions we had for him .

I have a 3 year old accident case. We have been going through hell with it. My lawyer at the time has been through several assistants. I have to get intouch with them in order to check on the status of my case. My case has been settled but the lawyer who was working my case quit the firm. No one from the law firm even called and notified us about the lawyer leaving. So now we are stuck with a paralegal to close our case. And the paralegal thinks she is a lawyer. So unprofessional, unreliable. I called the office to make a complaint. The office hasn’t called back yet. If you are hiring an attorney please do your homework first. Make sure you have the right firm and lawyer. Someone who is gonna represent and take care of you. I strongly recommend not to choose this law firm. Your Star Cleaner Sondra Shepherd.

I was involved in a truck accident this guys took my case been waiting for whole month no one have answers for me no one answer the phone I need to go to the doctor I’m in my bed this whole month waiting for answers,their asistan she’s never at the desk if somebody answer the phone when I call they direct me to the assistant that never in her office I don’t recommend anyone this firm I’m very seek and it look like they don’t care. In one month they answer the phone to say that my case is waiting to be reviewed by the lawyer in charge also the assistant said that the lawyer is very busy. I don’t recommend any one Really bad experience.

I was told to hire yall by a friend and I did but not to happy with the person that's helping me I don't feel I get the answer I'm asking answered I would love to talk to Alexander myself
