I had a scheduled meeting with one of the attorneys by phone on February 5, 2021. During the middle of call, the attorney requested to FaceTime and I accepted. The attorney noted that she would send me an email with a questionnaire to see exactly what I needed in the will and trust for my elderly father. I'm assuming the attorney wanted to see what I looked like as a reason for requesting to FaceTime after several minutes of us talking. A few days later, I still had not received the email. I called and spoke to the receptionist and she said she would let the attorney know. I waited a few more days, called back again and a different receptionist said she would relay the message about the email from the attorney and she confirmed my email address. It is now February 26, 2021 and I still haven't heard back. I find this to be very unprofessional and would not recommend this law firm.

Edward Zwilling was transparent with me from day one about how things would work in my case. He explained things about my case in a way I could understand and kept me in the loop the whole time. It took a while (not his fault) but the end result was in my favor and very positive. He always called or emailed when he said he would, and corrected any issues in a timely manner. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

My interactions with the lawyers have always been professional,but have been shown such kindness,even when they were having to give news regarding the case,that may have been not what I cared to hear,.However with their tenacity and persistence, the end result was one I had hoped would occur. Salter Ferguson was who I called after a car accident. I honestly called a few firms and Salter Ferguson was the only office where I didn’t hear alot of background noise, like it was a call center, or that said someone had to call me back. They were the only ones that from the start of the conversation seemed to be really listening to me and what my situation was. I immediately felt that they would give my case the attention I wanted it to have. And wow, besides it being an absolute pleasure getting to know them, they sure came through for me! I was shocked at my settlement (!) and realized that during those times I wasn’t hearing from them, they were researching, collecting information, and then wheeling and dealing!! I was thrilled! I so so strongly recommend Salter Ferguson! And I thank them for all they did for me.
