Attorney Zwilling represented my youngest son that has Kabuki Syndrome in a case against the City of Pinson. He was very professional and got my son the needed help for him and the handicap and disabled in general. He is very highly qualified and does an excellent job.

I had a scheduled meeting with one of the attorneys by phone on February 5, 2021. During the middle of call, the attorney requested to FaceTime and I accepted. The attorney noted that she would send me an email with a questionnaire to see exactly what I needed in the will and trust for my elderly father. I'm assuming the attorney wanted to see what I looked like as a reason for requesting to FaceTime after several minutes of us talking. A few days later, I still had not received the email. I called and spoke to the receptionist and she said she would let the attorney know. I waited a few more days, called back again and a different receptionist said she would relay the message about the email from the attorney and she confirmed my email address. It is now February 26, 2021 and I still haven't heard back. I find this to be very unprofessional and would not recommend this law firm.
