He conned my mother out of $6000. He poached me from Eversole and then never showed up to court. He LITERALLY never showed up. I fired him before he could do more damage to my case. He said he would pay my mother back but never did. He is a liar and a fraud and I should have sued him for malpractice.

During the time that he represented me, my biggest complaint was that he did not do anything with my case, unless the opposing attorney filed a motion. He would go long periods of time without communicating with me nor doing anything towards the case, which made me feel as though, he was milking the case to go on longer so he could charge more money. He consistently showed up to court unprepared, which led to me not getting good representation. He was not good at providing updates to the me in a timely manner. Overall, I was disappointed with him services.

I retained services from his firm and was pleasantly surprised at what lawyers can actually do for you. In one case I was even able to get my bond money back, never seen that before. Everyone in the firm is SO nice, helpful and informative. I’m really relieved I went with his services through all this.

Do not recommend this attorney for criminal charges charged us a fortune for nothing!! Did not do anything to help my husband’s case. Ridiculous honestly.

Promised things he didn’t deliver on. Said he would discuss case with DA but don’t think he did as she was malicious regarding outcome. He was late several times and unprepared. On the last day he didn’t even show up. Sent his wife who was a bumbling idiot and hadn’t s clue about what she was doing. Please, please do not use this lawyer. He is incompetent. Run for your life from him. imho…

Never keep you up to speed with your case unprofessional and unorganized staff don't take on anymore cases if you don't have time for the clients

I hired Mr.Perry for my son .I like say from first day I see he straight forward .He told me I had anything to worried about he was right on point. I so scared that my son was going to jail he resured me he will take care of it he do just that I ever need him again that sould be lawyer I choose again he best lawyer in Alabama I came from Mississippi. To Benjamin and Mrs.Christina ever time I had question they would always answer it they are friendly down earth people I have met in long time Thanks again!!!! My son walked out free man.

Richard represented me at my divorce settlement court date and did a wonderful job. I had been working with another lawyer for over a year and never had the confidence in my representation as as I did with Richard. I always felt like he had my best interest in mind. He communicated my concerns with the opposing attorney and after the settlement was concluded I felt like he did the best job with the information at hand.

Mr. Perry recently represented me in a custody modification case, and I was very pleased with his performance. He did an excellent job keeping me updated and informed on everything that was happening with my case. He was always prompt in getting back to me, and he took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated the fact that he was always honest and straight with me, never sugar-coating things or making empty promises. In the courtroom, he argued my case passionately and aggressively. He was quick with his objections and didn't give the opposing an inch. If you're looking for a lawyer who is knowledgable, who genuinely cares about your case, and who will do battle for you in the courtroom, look no further! Mr. Perry is top-notch!

He worked for ever sole law at the time and showed up to my case totally unprepared and was completely unknowledgeable about my case situation. He was 45 min late also. Immediately following the court appearance I fired him and hired a new lawyer. He spoke very timid and didn't argue any points for my favor.

Mr. Perry presented himself in a professional and effective manner while handling our Custody/Visitation Modification case. After our primary attorney was unable to represent my wife, due to unforeseeable issues, Mr. Perry was assigned to our case and we were NOT disappointed! Mr. Perry listened intently to my wife as she explained the events that brought us to this point. As she was explaining these events, you could visually see Mr. Perry formulating a plan on how he would engage the opposing side in court. He took our expected results into consideration and coupled with the information he was given, provided sound recommendations for moving the case forward. Mr. Perry engaged opposing counsel before we entered court and he was able to negotiate a visitation modification settlement in favor of my wife. Although Mr. Perry would have pursued a Custody Modification if we directed him to do so; we listened to his counsel, looked at the merits of our case, and determined that the Visitation Modification was in the best interest of our child. Mr. Perry is not inexpensive, but I will tell any person reading this review, you get what you pay for, and Mr. Perry earned his paycheck!

Richard represented me in a long and complex custody modification. He was compassionate and knowledgeable, and willing to answer lots of questions- even after hours! He hits the ground running, and will roll up his sleeves and patiently plan the best strategy, and doesn't overcharge. I hope you never find yourself in this situation, but if you do, Richard is a capable friend to have at your side.
