Hiring the right attorney is half the battle in order to win any case, but especially important when that battle involves children. I was given Wendy's name by a very close friend whom I trusted, and knew my situation. After not having much luck with a prior attorney in a previous case, I needed someone who could be sensitive enough to understand a mother's plea to keep her children, yet strong enough to battle a very strong opponent in the courtroom, and do so at a reasonable rate. Wendy Hartley was exactly what I was looking for! She has been very successful for me in a domestic relations case, as well as a criminal case. I admire, trust and value her.
