I was in a car accident almost 2 years ago and if it wasn’t for Roper Elrod with Whettermark and Keith I don’t know what I would’ve done. The company that hit my car tried all kind of ways not to pay me. With hard work and long hours Mr. Roper got things resolved. I will admit there were days I became really frustrated and needed to vent. With Roper’s calm spirit and understanding I would feel better. I am grateful to have a lawyer that listened and who was genuinely concerned. Roper isn’t just a lawyer to me but someone who will become a life long friend. I started this process Setember 2023 after a hit and run on 280. My attorney contacted me and I felt as if it would be a smooth process. However, it wasn't! I would reach out via the app that I was told to contact her on and wouldn't get a response. I would call and leave voicemails. She also gave me her email to send medical bills to. Never even responded! No returned calls within days at a time! I even brought it to her attention after finally reaching her that I would call or leave messages on the app and get no response. Kelly gave no explanation as to why. After visiting the chiropractor in October I wasn't checked on at all! While in terrible back pain!! Didn't ask me how the process was going or anything. Status was updated I left a 3 as a review and a comment. I was then contacted by Roper to ask me about Kelly. I did let him know that I felt lack of empathy! And lack of communication! After that she did get better. NO ONE should have to go through complaining to get treated better!!! Overall, I give WK firm a 2 out of 10 for service. If possible find another firm! They always get you in the beginning being nice then it changes. Until it's time to pay your 35%. I documented and have proof of no returned phone calls, and messages. Communication should be better especially if the customers/clients are priority! Before posting this I did reach out to Keith via email over a month ago and no response from him. DO NOT DO IT! Go elsewhere especially if you are of color. Stating this based on how I was treated!! If you want to be in pain, not checked on, and ignored I would say go to them! UPDATE: I was called on yesterday about what I faced with while being a customer. The same stuff that I had already stated before posting the previous review. Also, I was only given an excuse as to why Chris (the owner) couldn't respond back to my email posted on MARCH 8! Over a month ago!!!! And then asked if I would be willing to take my review down!!!!! If you can post that you will be there for your clients WHEN THEY EMAIL YOU BE THERE FOR THEM!! Lack of communication with kelly my attorney and lack of communication with Chris (the owner) again go elsewhere!! The picture posted is my email I posted with Chris not responding back with the date attached!!!! The other picture is kelly not responding back ample times!!
