I was rear ended while stopped in traffic by a woman who not only pressured me to drive away without filing an accident report, but who also lied to the police and her insurance company, trying to blame the accident on, first, a non-existent obstruction in the road, and second, a third non-existent vehicle that fled the scene. Her insurance company was going to deny my claim and not pay for my vehicle damage until I produced a video of the accident, which clearly showed she was at fault. However, her insurance company still denied my personal injury claim. After weeks of phone calls and emails to find out what was going on with my claim, and receiving the runaround by being passed from claim adjuster to claim adjuster, I finally decided enough was enough. I need someone who would fight on my behalf where my own attempts had failed. I hired Wettermark Keith to represent me, and I’m so glad that I did. From the moment I made first contact until the trial judge found in my favor, my attorney has been the best. Kind, courteous, and honest. He met with me to go over everything that would happen at the trial, prepped me for the questions, and treated me like a person and not just a case file. No question I had was stupid; I really felt like my attorney cared about me and my case. Heaven forbid I should ever find myself in this type of situation again, but if so, I would rehire my attorney at Wettermark Keith, without a doubt. Integrity isn’t a word used much these days, but I can honestly say that here, with this law firm, integrity is something they have, and it’s something they hold in high regard. I was involved in a rear-end collision recently. My attorney, Richard Wright and his paralegal Ashley Beyer made the injury compensation process a breeze for me and I simply can not thank them enough. Ashley and Mr. Wright are exceptionally good at what they do and I will most certainly recommend them to friends and family. I pray that I won't but if I ever need legal assistance in the future, Wettermark will unequivocally be the firm I'll choose to represent me. If you ever require legal assistance with a personal injury case, Wettermark should be your very first choice hands down.

My case hasn't concluded yet but the service I'm receiving is borderline non-existent. I believe that if I hadn't been calling to check on the status of my case it would still be sitting waiting to get the bills for my therapy treatments from my accident. I've tried to get a hold of someone besides the point of contact given to me but every time I asked for someone other than him the receptionist always transfer me to his desk. I don't feel as though my case is being handled properly and I am seriously considering ending my contract with this firm because I'm tired of getting the run-around by point of contact for my case.

Would like to personally thank the staff at W M Keith, especially Mr Keith, Mr Freddie Williams and Mr Craig Lewis for the professional and courteous manner in which they handled the case of Mr. B. Hazelwood. . After suffering a severe fall which left Mr Hazelwood in the hospital for 3 months and unable to perform normal activities afterward, the staff immediately pursued the case.. During the latter part of processing the case Mr Hazelwood was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer and given only a few weeks to live. Upon hearing of his situation, the team immediately began contacting other parties involved in the case informing them of the situation and prioritizing Mr Hazrlwood's case. Within a matter of a few days, Mr Hazelwood was called into the office to receive his settlement...With the personal, heartfelt efforts the team displayed, Mr Hazelwood was able to get his financial matters in order for his family in sufficient time. Unfortunately, Mr Hazelwood passed 12 days after his case was resolved. Once again, a heartfelt thanks to the W M Keith team for their diligent efforts and personal concern from the Hazelwood family and close friends.
